Many people still reach for a pen and paper when they need to jot down a note. Why is this? There are many note-taking Apps on the App Store and most fail in one simple and important task: they require more than one step to begin taking notes. Often, they are more database Apps than note-taking Apps, relying on tags and titles to organize notes.
